Details:

Hi,

I have installed octave-3.6.2-vs2010-setup.exe.  When I try to load package
GSL and run psi function I get the following result:

GNU Octave, version 3.6.2
Octave was configured for "i686-pc-mingw32".
 - MSYS shell available (C:\Program Files\Octave-3.6.2\msys).
 - Graphics backend: gnuplot.

octave:1> pkg load gsl
pkg load gsl
octave:2> psi
psi
error: could not find library or dependents: C:\Program
Files\Octave-3.6.2\lib\octave\packages\gsl-1.0.8\i686-pc-mingw32-api-v48+\gsl_sf.oct

I tried downloading GSL 1.8 for Windows and copying libgsl.dll and
libgslcblas.dll into C:\Program Files\Octave-3.6.2\bin, but that didn't help.

Please help.
