Follow-up Comment #5, bug #38870 (project octave):
It is supposed to be a valid MAT -file, but the best I can say is that Matlab
reads it fine and as expected. In any case Octave should not give different
results from run to run since the original file is the same. That is, Octave
should fail deterministically if it fails to read the file.
