That depends, I would guess that 30% is translated to german...
But I assume the translation is just incomplete yet?

There is no change in translation before or after the freezing file dialog.

I tried removing all lines concerning translation from "octave-gui.cc" (lines
108-111), other that I got no translation, it didn't change anything...
