Follow-up Comment #2, bug #39173 (project octave):

The antialiasing of OpenGL depends on your graphics card. It's just an
artifact of onscreen-rendering. When you print the plot, it should look ok.

The clipboard functionality you seek is "print", isn't it?

There are many vital features that we need; this just happens to be your own
highest priority. We get more requests for a GUI than this, and you may be
surprised to know this, but we also get frequent requests to not abandon
gnuplot at all.

It's difficult to please everyone. But we try:
