Not really. Only some very basic knowledge on python math...
By the way, perhaps a short-time solution could be not to upload compress
bundles. I guess it should reduce significantly server cpu time. I will try
this evenning/tomorrow. If it works, we could ask up loaders to use
uncompressed tar.
