Details:
In octave 3.2.4 and 3.4.3 the following voronoi input correctly produces 3
output line segments.
[vx,vy]=voronoi([278, 155],[90, 195])
vx =
-159.248 216.500 93.838
93.838 93.838 371.299
vy =
216.5000 -251.2569 -1.1895
-1.1895 -1.1895 323.8354
In octave 3.6.4 and later (including 3.8.0) this produces 5 line segments.
[vx,vy]=voronoi([278, 155],[90, 195])
vx =
216.500 535.451 216.500 344.080 88.920
88.920 344.080 344.080 88.920 -102.451
vy =
-231.1286 142.5000 516.1286 291.9514 -6.9514
