Based on what I could garner from documentation-dock-widget.cc, webinfo.cc,
and parser.cc, the docs are extracted from the infos and converted on the fly
to html (function info_to_html). 

The resulting HTML uses a hard-coded style (e.g., monospaced fonts) which is
inferior to the HTML already shipped in share/doc/octave/octave.html/ (e.g.,
***** instead of bold) -- see screenshot attached.

Any reason why not use the latter existing HTMLs instead of going through the
former conversion?  Note that Qt's QTextBrowser class "implements the
setSource() function, making it possible to use a named document as the source
