Follow-up Comment #1:
Can you attach the full config.log file from this run please? Also what
distribution/version are you building on? And do you have multiple versions of
LLVM co-installed?
This seems a lot like bug #41025, please see my comments on that report. Do
you have an older version of LLVM installed in parallel that configure is
finding header files of?
