I found a bug about combination of legend() and subplot( 1 ,N,P). 

# EXAMPLE1 (Not Works Well)
close all;subplot(1,3,2);plot(1:100);legend 'A';subplot(1,3,2);
( the first plot is erased )

# EXAMPLE2 ( Works Well) 
close all;subplot(3,1,2);plot(1:100);legend 'A';subplot(3,1,2);

# EXAMPLE3 ( Works Well) 
close all;subplot(1,3,2);plot(1:100);subplot(1,3,2);
close all;subplot(3,1,2);plot(1:100);subplot(3,1,2);
