Follow-up Comment #10, bug #39532 (project octave):

After "test hgsave", I have 2 new files in my home directory :-), use "tmpnam
()" if you want to write test files and ensure they will be deleted.

Also, the following script should return an explicit error:

fname = [tmpnam(), ".ofig"];
hgsave (fname, fname);
