Follow-up Comment #2:
No, this is not Windows specific.
I would actually expect Shift-Arrow keys to be passed on to the terminal for
readline to handle, but that is actually not the case in our command window.
Neither Shift-Arrow key or Ctrl-Shift-Arrow key seem to do anything on the
Linux command window, the key combination isn't even passed to the terminal.
It just seems to be discarded.
