                 Summary: hgload () loses properties of object which has
non-empty tag

Details:

In the following example:

close all
h = patch ([1 1 2 2],[1 2 2 1],"b");
hgsave (1,"testfig1")
hgload ("testfig1")
set (h,"tag","smth")
hgsave (1,"testfig2")
hgload ("testfig2")

second _hgload_ loses properties of patch object.

Checking out why it may happen I found that _struct2hdl ()_ does it by
purpose: subfunction _setprops ()_ merely ignores all the properties if
object's tag is non-empty or not equal to "legend" or "colorbar". Was this
really meant?
