Follow-up Comment #9, bug #42097 (project octave):

I used the lapack and blas versions from slackbuilds.org
LAPACK version 3.4.1
BLAS version 3.2.2

I tested the same matrix with LAPACK in FORTRAN, 
and I get the correct results.  So the problem has to be
somewhere else.
