Details:

The following code fails in Octave rev 79f69742971a


> hist(rand(10,2),0:5, 1)
error: hist: operator /: nonconformant arguments (op1 is 1x1, op2 is 1x2)

It was verified (IRC) that the code runs ok in Matlab.
