The file ltfatarghelper.m in the 1.4.4 tarball has wrong permissions:

$ tar tfvz ../ltfat-1.4.4.tar.gz | grep ltfatarghelper.m
-rwxrwxr-x root/root      9020 2014-05-04 10:08

It should not be executable.

Please, fix this, since it generates a Lintian warning when building the
Debian package octave-ltfat.
