Details:

I had this problem installing octave on Yosemite:

fatal error: 'jni_md.h' file not found


I solved applying this patch:
https://gist.github.com/luca3m/dc32e1fe9a12675ef300

Seems that include path are changed, now are more similar to linux ones.
