Details:

(OK a minor regression, but it used to work)

The horizontal scroll bar is missing in the editor pane. Setting / unsetting
the pref in the editor tab makes no difference.

(I'm at 9a944b9e1cb, branch gui-release, "provide a user preference for
printing the debug location in the terminal")
