URL: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?44055> Summary: Add *.m file extension to "File does not exist. Do you want to create it" dialog Project: GNU Octave Submitted by: rocketsound Submitted on: Di 20 Jan 2015 15:28:51 GMT Category: GUI Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Item Group: Inaccurate Result Status: None Assigned to: None Originator Name: Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 3.8.2 Operating System: Any _______________________________________________________ Details: In the editors right click menu there is a menu item called "Edit function". This item triggers the edit command on the console and as it appears everything works fine BUT I'd suggest that if the user chooses the right click menu over the edit command the GUI should make sure that if the file doesn't exist yet and the "File does not exist. Do you want to create it" dialog pops up, the correct file extension (namely *.m) is added. Please notice my screenshots below. _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Di 20 Jan 2015 15:28:51 GMT Name: Edit menu item.png Size: 8kB By: rocketsound <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=32876> ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Di 20 Jan 2015 15:28:51 GMT Name: Dialog.png Size: 9kB By: rocketsound <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=32877> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?44055> _______________________________________________ Nachricht gesendet von/durch Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
