Update of bug #41128 (project octave):

                  Status:               Confirmed => Patch Submitted        


Follow-up Comment #13:

I tried the patch with the stable branch. It applied cleanly, passed all
tests, and all demos worked as expected.

I'm presently unable to build the default branch. Which is where I expect this
changeset should be applied.
