Follow-up Comment #32, bug #43298 (project octave):
The current devel system cannot be configured
as --with-jit due to changes in the llvm files.
If this is fixed, the compile fails due to other
changes in the API.
So, without considerable work, JIT cannot be made
functional for 4.0. Ugh!
