Summary: Use consistent wording for "contribute" vs "donate"
                 Project: GNU Octave

                Category: GUI
                Severity: 4 - Important
                Priority: 5 - Normal
              Item Group: Other
                  Status: None
             Assigned to: None
         Originator Name:
        Originator Email:
             Open/Closed: Open
         Discussion Lock: Any
                 Release: dev
        Operating System: Any

I would like to update the GUI to use the following naming convention:

"Contribute to Octave" points to the "get-involved" page (which I would also
like to rename to "contribute"). This is currently called "Developer

"Donate to Octave" points to the "donate" page. This is currently confusingly
called "Contribute to Octave".

I know the term "contribute" is somewhat overloaded, but I would like to more
clearly use it to mean "I want to help work on Octave in some way". The web
site URL should also be "/contribute" instead of "/get-involved". I've already
pushed a symlink to the current site that creates this new URL.

Note: I would just do this outright, but I assume it might be contentious, so
hoping for some comments. Adding jwe to CC.
