Follow-up Comment #6, bug #44322 (project octave):

Looking at the cmake file for gl2ps, if it doesn't detect opengl (which
according to the log below, it isn't), then it does not create a gl2ps
libraries, and so will just install the .h files and uncompiled example
programs.
