The question posted here is more of a support question than a bug report, you
might be better off asking for help on the help mailing list.
If you have done the work to build Octave with NVBLAS and something isn't
working right, then feel free to open a new bug report explaining what is
failing.
The link posted by Pantxo seems to describe at least how to get started. The
NVBLAS library can be given to the linker when Octave is built or it can be
loaded using LD_PRELOAD. If you want to build Octave against NVBLAS, use the
--with-blas configure option.
