Details:

Apparently F5 calls Debug Continue if the script is already running, or Save &
Run otherwise.

In contrast, currently there are separate buttons for Debug Continue  (Play
icon) and for Save & Run (Play over a sprocket).

I'd suggest having a single button that is never grayed out, corresponding to
the experience of hitting F5 on the keyboard.
