Update of bug #44735 (project octave): Priority: 5 - Normal => 3 - Low Summary: OpenGL based figure has incorrect element / object depth => OpenGL patch outline has incorrect Z depth with respect to other patch fill colors _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #3: I'm lowering the priority of this bug since we are at least as good as the competition. Maybe we could do better, although from my experience with OpenGL and the code in gl-render.cc it will not be easy. A good test for any eventually proposed code is demo ("isosurface") Right now we use just enough gl_POLYGON_OFFSET so that the black borders of each patch object are distinct. I've experimented with smaller values in the past and the boarders disappear behind the fill color of the patch object itself. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?44735> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
