Details:

I am using Octave 4.0.0-rc3 from ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/octave/ under Windows
7 64bit. Trying to save a figure with the attached script
plotTestQtGhostscript.m repeatedly, I randomly do or do not get errors. See
the output sample below with the sequence
<error>,<works>,<works>,<works>,<works>,<works>,<works>,<error>. Using the
fltk toolkit yields similar results.
