Follow-up Comment #5, bug #45588 (project octave):
If this patch was really needed, then it should be reapplied to the top-level
Makefile.in (where the Automake install rule is still the same).
If someone can explain why this install rule fails and needs to be patched for
Windows, maybe it can be submitted as a bug against Automake.
