Details:

Hello,

while cross-compiling Mxe-Octave (with quantumdepth 16bit) for Windows in
Debian 8, the source for gdcm where unavailable.

I couldn't find it neither manually on the official gdcm wiki and sourceforge,
and I think this version is deprecated.

I found the file ( gdcm-2.0.19.tar.gz ) manually on other mirrors and i placed
it in the mxe's cache, then succesfully builded the installer. It works on
Win7 x64.

What to do? Load the file on a mirror and edit the source for mxe-octave?

Thanks
