Details:

I had installed Octave 4.0.0, it was working perfectly until I had to remove
KB3072630 Windows update in order to install Solid Works.

After this change the GUI crashes when trying to call for a "figure" or "plot"
in either GUI or CLI mode.

I tried to remove the qt-settings and re-install the program as well, none of
the previous solved the problem.
