Follow-up Comment #2, bug #46831 (project octave):
Ok, problem is that F is a "NonElementaryIntegral" and this object is not
exposed by "from sympy import *". In my python example below,
"eval(srepr(F))" will fail: that this works is necessary to be able to copy
objects from Octave back to Python.
I can probably workaround this in "python_header.py"... stay tuned.
