Details:

Doing an uninstall, I get the following error:

 ( cd '/usr/local/share/octave/4.1.0+/m/miscellaneous/private' && rm -f
display_info_file.m __w2mpth__.m __xzip__.m )
 ( cd '/usr/local/share/octave/4.1.0+/m/ode' && rm -f ode23.m ode45.m odeset.m
odeget.m odeplot.m )
/bin/sh: line 4: cd: /usr/local/share/octave/4.1.0+/m/ode: No such file or
directory
make[1]: *** [uninstall-scripts_odeDATA] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/octave/octave/build5'
make: *** [uninstall-recursive] Error 1

I do see a scripts/ode subdirectory in the source tree. Perhaps that
directory wasn't installed as part of the build process.
