Follow-up Comment #12, bug #47984 (project octave):

I just reapplied the old patch (with changes where needed) to the new
sources.


I will take a look at what was actually applied to gnuplot.

With the exception of where I started to add the help implmentation, it doesnt
look that different.

In addition CAC and CERF needs be disabled as we dont have it installed.
