Hi!
I was looking at odepkg and I noticed a bug. While in Matlab this works nice
(although it is not the most appropriate example of the use of JPattern):
fun = @(t,y) [y(2); y(2)-y(1)];
options = odeset ("JPattern",[0 1; 1 1]);
[vt, vy] = ode23s (fun, [0 20], [1 0], options);
in Octave 4.1.0+ I get:
error: element number 2 undefined in return list
error: called from
ode23s at line 89 column 12
The file attached should fix the bug.
