Details:
Tab completes global function names, but does not complete the names of local
functions currently in scope.
To reproduce this bug, create foo.m containing
function foo
keyboard
endfunction
function inner_function
endfunction
Type 'foo', and at the prompt type 'inner_f<TAB>'. Notice that it does not
complete, even though inner_function is in scope.
I have a patch, which I'll submit once I get the patch number.
