The problem appears to be that your system's (or your self-compiled)
libGraphicsMagick.so is underlinked. It depends on libtiff.so, but that
library is either not installed or libGraphicsMagick was not built correctly
to link with libtiff.

As a workaround if you add "-ltiff" to the global LIBS environment variable,
Octave will probably compile. You might want to report this to your
distribution if you are using distribution packages for GraphicsMagick and/or
