Details:
The current 4.2.0-rc3 pre-release of mxe-octave still has the following
content in the file "installer-files/README.htlm":
Octave 4.0 is a major release with many new features including a graphical
user interface and support for classdef object-oriented programming.
Do we want to update this text for the upcoming 4.2 release?
