Details:

I usually press CTRL-C when running my while loop, but if I have by accident
the array being printed to the command line interface, I get a crash.
The arrays can get large.
This happens at other times but I don't know if it is repeatable. In the while
loop I have cumtrapz going on with 3D large arrays, this is usually fine but
when one of the columns 2D arrays during the while loop is displayed by
accident, when I pressed CTRL C i get a crash
