Follow-up Comment #31, bug #49609 (project octave):

There have been Ctrl+C problems on all operating systems that have different
underlying causes, much of the interrupt/signal handling code in Octave is
highly OS-specific, please don't assume that they all have the same cause.

The stack trace you have provided is partial, and is based on Octave 4.0. Can
you reproduce this with the current development branch and provide a full
stack trace of all running threads?
