Update of bug #50194 (project octave):
Severity: 3 - Normal => 2 - Minor
Item Group: None => Feature Request
Status: None => Need Info
_______________________________________________________
Follow-up Comment #1:
So you would like norm(A, -inf) to return something different from norm(A,
inf) in Octave, even though norm(A, -inf) throws an error in Matlab when A is
a matrix?
Observing that -inf is not documented as a valid argument when A is a matrix,
it just happens to be treated internally the same as +inf for convenience.
