Details:

I'm unable to enter the keybinding Ctrl+Shift+0 by directly typing it in the
Enter New Shortcut dialog box; I had to manually type Ctrl+Shift+0.

Entering shortcuts or keybindings that include the Shift modifier works for
letters (where it only changes the lower to upper case). For all other
single-digit numbers (123456789) it also works, where the digits get replaced
for, respectively, address@hidden&*(.

Maybe there's something up with the right parenthesis character, ")"?
