Follow-up Comment #26, bug #51632 (project octave): Before I retired I had octave installed on a memory stick, and I carried it with me to different rooms. I then inserted the memory stick in whatever computer was in the room. I found that I had to do a rebuild so that the drive letter would work in that room. Each computer seemed to assign a different drive letter to the usb slot that I plugged the memory stick into.
