Details:
z = -1.0000e+000 + 1.2246e-016i
tol = 2.2204e-10
>> cplxpair(z,tol)
MATLAB returns -1, Octave stops with the error
error: cplxpair: could not pair all complex numbers
error: called from
cplxpair at line 114 column 9
This combination of arguments came up during the generation of a Butterworth
filter.
This seems to be a different bug from the tolerance incorrect units one, that
did get fixed.
