Follow-up Comment #8:

I fixed the issue on stable in time for the 4.2.2 release here
(http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/4283c4c2fcb6).  I also pulled the
change across to the default branch and updated it to use nullptr rather than
0.
