Follow-up Comment #54, bug #45659 (project octave):
Attached is a patch that adds support for the "-blas" and "-lapack" options of
the "version" function.
Especially the "-blas" option that checks for linked symbols from a bunch of
different BLAS implementations might be useful to identify a bad system
configuration.
