Follow-up Comment #6, bug #53409 (project octave):
Yes, KDE/Plasma.
There is an outstanding bug about KDE undocked windows not being moveable,
which is the case for me if I undock the main Variable Editor window. What is
then weird, but useable, is that undocking individual variables from the
Variable Editor window makes those particular windows movable.
