Follow-up Comment #4, bug #53571 (project octave):

In my case in the summary it says:


Build Octave Qt GUI:  no (missing:rcc qcollectiongenerator qhelpgenerator)


while earlier in the configuration the 3 programs reported here as missing
were reported as found, as can be seen in the original submission.
