[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #53526] Translation files for 4.4 Release

Follow-up Comment #66, bug #53526 (project octave):

I revised the Catalan translation and the new version (attached) should be
much much better in terms of coherence, fixed typos and much better in-context
translations.

I know this fixes are deadline but couldn't fully test my translation until
Today because the flatpak version including these new translations was not
available until Yesterday (I tried compiling Octave myself but got some errors
and gave it up).

It would be very appreciated if you could make an exception and add it to
Octave 4.4.
