Follow-up Comment #1:
What "pkg list" tels you is that "comunication" is already installed but not
loaded (there would be a "*" sign, like for control in your example). "pkg
load communications" should do the job.
When you don't understand something in Octave, it is best to first ask on the
Help mailing list (address@hidden). Then if you think you have identified a
bug, open a new report on the tracker. Then if you want to add further
comments, do it in the original report.
I am closing this report and the previous one as invalid.
