Follow-up Comment #13:

Turn out all works fine AFAICS.
The empty char cells in output array "txt" are created in parsecell.m and need
to be there as txt is a rectangular cellstr array.

Recovering the shared formulas is a different challenge for another time.
Lowering priority for that last part.
