Follow-up Comment #23, bug #53513 (project octave):
It's not an issue that will be resolved for the 4.4 release. As your testing
shows, it is fairly infrequent (<=2%). Additionally, it is only a failing
BIST test which is not that serious.
The real fix requires a re-architecting of cross-thread operations which is
much too big a project just before a release.
